“Before the AI agent went live, I felt completely consumed by the needs of our existing clients. I was under an enormous amount of pressure because I couldn't build a new pipeline without going through a manual, time-consuming process that was both tedious and difficult to scale.
The agent has enabled us to book 20 times more calls and really start to compete with much larger companies in our space, with a fraction of the headcount and resources.
Working with Martijn and the Eclipse team has been a huge unlock for us.”
The problem
The go-to-market team at this litigation finance firm was so consumed servicing existing clients that they had almost no time left to build new pipeline. Sourcing a single new deal meant manually digging through public court records for qualifying lawsuits, then researching the plaintiffs, their counsel, and the case details before reaching out with a funding offer — typically an upfront cash advance against a future settlement in exchange for a share of the eventual recovery. That research-and-outreach cycle could eat two to three hours per opportunity, so most promising cases simply went untouched.
The solution
Eclipse built the firm a standalone AI application that automatically scans public litigation databases and filters for cases matching its own criteria — deal size, case stage, defendant strength. Instead of hunting for opportunities, the go-to-market lead reviews a prioritized list the AI has already ranked, and one click drafts a hyper-personalized outreach message, in whatever tone he wants, built around that specific lawsuit and what the firm offers. The finished draft lands directly in his Gmail, ready for a final read and a send.
The impact
What used to take two to three hours of research and drafting now takes a few minutes. The go-to-market lead's reaction after seeing the tool in action was that it was “exactly what I hoped it would be.” With deal-finding automated, the firm has closed roughly five times as many deals as before — growth that has pushed them to hire additional staff just to service the new engagements the AI-sourced pipeline is generating.
