    You'd lead one of our verticals — legal, finance, construction, whichever fits your background — running the leadership interviews that map how a company actually works today, and turning what you learn into a scoped, priced engagement. Equal parts strategist and product manager: you decide what's worth building, and you scope the engagement our engineers build against.

    Ship inside the client's systems, not around them.

    You'll sit inside a client's environment building the automation and agents the roadmap calls for, integrating with the tools they already run, and training their team to maintain what you built before you move to the next engagement. Technical, hands-on, and comfortable being the only Eclipse person in the room.
