What we hold, and why.
We sell companies on bringing their own data in-house, so it would be strange to be vague about yours.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form: your name, email address, phone number, company and role, plus whatever you write in a careers or partner application. If you used the chat on the home page, the conversation and a short summary of it are attached to your enquiry so the person who calls you has read it first.
Why we collect it
To reply to you. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside Eclipse.
Where it goes
Submissions are emailed to the Eclipse team and posted into an internal Slack channel. Both are access-controlled and limited to people who need to see enquiries.
The chat
Messages you send to the chat are processed by a third-party AI model provider in order to generate a reply. Do not put confidential information, credentials or personal data about other people into it. Nothing you type there is used to train a model.
We will never spam your inbox, and you can opt out any time. Reply to any message from us and say so, and you are off the list — no form, no confirmation loop.
Removal
Email hello@tryeclipse.ai and ask us to delete what we hold about you. We will, and we will confirm when it is done.
