“We met Eclipse just as we were implementing Claude, but only a few people on the team really knew how to use it effectively. Martijn initially came in to help us build AI skills that were relevant to each of our functions. As we started seeing those early wins, we realized it made sense to scale the engagement.
And we're so happy we did. We've now automated many of our repetitive workflows and built a system of record that brings together data from three different sources and turns it into actionable insights for our stakeholders. As a result, those stakeholders are now more motivated to prioritize our work relative to the other brands in their portfolio.”
The problem
This beverage brand operates as an incubator brand inside a larger beverage company's portfolio, across five products, but it doesn't run its own distribution or commercial execution — its parent company handles that across four regional units. That structure meant the brand's own performance data arrived from outside the company, spread across 28 separate sources in inconsistent formats, with roughly half of them, including the major market-tracking sources, not even accessible to the team. Every Friday, someone had to manually reconcile these mismatched feeds by hand into a dense slide deck for the weekly results meeting with the parent company's leadership — a repetitive, error-prone ritual that ate a full day. Marketing content had no consistency either, with different people writing in different brand voices and no way to tie campaign activity back to actual brand growth.
The solution
Eclipse ran a phased Claude enablement and automation program with the brand's CMO, standing up org-wide Claude access and teaching the CMO to build a brand voice skill for its flagship product, then packaging that into a plugin pushed to every Claude account at the company so anyone asking for brand guidance gets it automatically applied. Alongside that, Eclipse built the brand a standalone dashboard, positioned internally as the company's system of understanding, that triangulates commercial data with field-execution and trade-marketing inputs and replaces the manual Friday reconciliation entirely.
The impact
The dashboard is now fully productized and in daily use, and the insights it surfaces have turned into concrete asks the brand brings back to its parent company — asks the parent company can actually act on. This brand is the only one in its parent company's portfolio operating with this level of AI-driven insight, and on the strength of it the team is on track for roughly 60 percent year-over-year sales growth.
